'Maggie' and her sister 'Renalda' are my favorites and always have a smile on their face and always manage to get us the best room to match our needs. The check in desk is always staffed by a very friendly crew. They handle your baggage very well and are very prompt getting it to your room. From Valet to check - in, the staff is very friendly and professional. The Resorts Casino & Hotel is the best run casino and hotel on the Boardwalk.
